What happens to your details
Short version: we take what you send, pass it to the landscaping company who will quote the job, and do nothing else with it.
What we collect
Whatever you type into the quote form: your name, a phone number, an email address if you give one, the location of the property, and a description of the work. If you call, we hold the voicemail recording and its transcript. That is the whole list.
What we do with it
It goes to the landscaping company covering your area so they can get in touch and price the job. It is not sold, rented, or passed to any other party. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
Calls
Calls to (404) 737-3568 that are not answered are recorded as voicemail and transcribed automatically so the message reaches someone quickly. Recordings and transcripts are used to return the call and for nothing else.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies for advertising. Standard server logs record the usual technical details of a page request.
Third parties involved
The site is hosted on Netlify, form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, and phone service is provided by Twilio. Each holds data only as part of delivering that service.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. If you want your details deleted, email hello@sandyspringslandscapingco.com and it will be done.
Changes
If this page changes, the change will appear here. There is no separate notification, so it is worth checking if it matters to you.
